About Haotex and preexistence.
***Our team has been specializing in manufacturing and exporting for baby and children′s clothing for 11 years. We came from family business in 1997, starting with a woven garment factory which specialized in jackets and coats located in North of Jiangsu province. From year of 2001, we started to focus on producing and exporting kids wear. In year of 2007, we established Shanghai Haotex Apparel Co., Ltd in Shanghai as sales and service centre.

Why you should select Haotex as OEM garment supplier?
***15 years of OEM garment business experiences and 11 years of experience for baby and children′s wear exporting.
***Both family factories and also cooperative factories as options. Our family factories will be the first priority while at the same time, we have 9 factories which cooperative with us for 9 years. In case of any problem of capacity, we will choice our cooperative factories. But we will inform our clients about this before we receive the order. And we are happy to take you to see/supervise/inspect any of our cooperative factories.
***We buy all the material and accessories by ourselves in Shanghai office. So we will save some cost and this will make our prices more competitive. Also we are more close to the materials producer so we can be easier to understand where we are. Also since we control the quality and delivery for the materials and accessories, we will have better communication with you.
***We have strict quality control system and follow up system. Our merchandisers, QA, QC will be separated into different groups. Different groups will follow up for different brands & clients. So you only need to contact with our merchandiser, or maybe sometimes the general manager. This will make you feel easy to work. But inside our system, we have a team work for you.
***We check everything before we send out anything to you, even our factories have checked them before they send out. We checked everything we received from our factories and will return them if necessary. This includes lab dips, proto samples, quality sample of fabrics etc. And once we send out you a parcel, we will send you one email with recap. This will save you time and avoid confusion. You will receive lovely samples with clear indicated tags, and recap.
For the sample making, needless to say this is so important and it needs to be finished in requested time. We have strong ability for sample making and generally speaking, we can finish the sample within 7 working days if you agree to use materials in available colours.
We also know that most of the buyers they need to see a lot of new styles for their design purpose for new season. So we will collect many new styles in different way and send them for designing.
***we test all fabric and accessories for you before we start for the bulk production.
For fabric, we will test for baby and kids clothing for AZO dyes and pH valure.
For metal accessories, we will test Release of Nickel.
For print, we will test Formaldehyde Content.
For finished garment, we will test Cords and drawstrings on childrens′s clothing.
These are only the basic and certain test contents. If necessary, we will test more as per your special requirement.
